PRAYER
The most important thing you can do to support our ministry is to PRAY!
Please pray for our students, staff, board members, volunteers, and the schools we serve.
"And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord's people." (Ephesians 6:18)
VOLUNTEERING
We appreciate our many volunteers who give of their time and talents in various ways. Our partnership with you keeps our program running smoothly! If you are interested in volunteering, you will be asked to fill out an application and a background check will be submitted.
CHURCHES
Establishing partnerships with our local churches is very important in our ministry to students. The primary way for students and parents to learn about this valuable opportunity is through word of mouth. We have informational cards, newsletters, and permission forms available to be distributed at your church. Contact us and we will gladly provide you with these resources. Please also consider how your church might partner with us in other ways.
DRIVERS
Drivers are needed to operate our 14-passenger buses. These buses do not require a CDL. Approximately 300 students are bussed each week from their Greer public school to our building. Our center operates three of our own buses, plus additional church buses from the community. We appreciate any time commitment you can offer. Some of our drivers help out once or twice a week, whereas others come once a month as they are able.
BUSES
Various churches in Greer partner with us by allowing us to utilize their buses to transport our students each week. As our student numbers increase, so do our transportation needs. We are currently in need of additional buses that we can use periodically, as well as one that we can use on a daily basis. Please contact us if you have one you wish to donate or let us borrow. You may also donate towards the purchase of a new bus.
OTHER NEEDS
We occasionally need help with clerical tasks, such as preparing newsletters to be mailed or helping with bulletin boards. As a non-profit, we also appreciate individuals, churches, or groups who are able to assist with yard work or other maintenance needs. If you have another idea for how you would like to offer your services to our program, please let us know!
